TA’ASUKAV CAREER HELPLINE

TA’ASUKAV is a helpline for jobseekers – either people who are unemployed or simply at a crossroads in their professional lives – and who require expert guidance.

The helpline is manned by volunteers who undergo comprehensive training in career coaching and counseling – all tailor-made to the needs of individual populations. These volunteers are professionals from different fields: financial consultancy, career counseling, HR management, career development, and organizational consultancy.

What types of assistance do we offer in TA’ASUKAV?

• Ongoing mentoring: long-term, volunteer-led and individually tailored career counseling
• Focused mentoring: individually tailored counseling and responses to specific employment challenges
• Information and mediation: counseling and handover to relevant bodies for jobseekers
• Webinars: on a range of topics related to employment

In 2021 alone, TA’ASUKAV volunteers provided assistance to around 8,700 Israelis.

We offer this service free of charge.
