SUCCESS STORY OF TALLATCH ATZNAFA

Tallatch is in her 30s; she is married, has two children, and lives in Kiryat Gat

She participated in the Eshet Chayil program.

When Tallatch joined the program she was working as a janitor in a factory. She first moved on to work part time at a daycare center. The Eshet Chayil mentors then helped her navigate the Israeli Employment Service and obtain a scholarship. She underwent vocational training to become a dental assistant, and now works in the profession.

“They gave me direction in life,” Tallatch says of Eshet Chayil, “and I found my way. The people in the program believed in me and my abilities, and now I have to succeed – for them as well as for me!”

Eshet Chayil gives mothers from traditional communities the tools to overcome cultural and societal barriers and advance professionally.
